Super simple Peach Cobbler Recipe.
At first I was really skeptical 8 ounces of Sprite, a can of peaches, and a 60 cent Jiffy Yellow cake mix could actually taste amazing!!!
- Simply drain your peaches and place in your baking dish.( I used an 8x8 non-stick pan)
- In a separate bowl, mix your 8 ounces of Sprite with your Jiffy cake mix. You don't have to beat too much or anything simply mix enough.
- Pour over peaches.
- Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder if you wish.
- Let bake until your 30-45 minutes depending on your oven. I read online that 30 minutes does the trick but mine came out perfect at 45.
This was a very simply dessert for under $3.
Next time I make this I will probably add more peaches but overall I was really pleased with the result.
